By downloading or using Flareless, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Flareless is

Flareless is a personal tool for logging foods, drinks, and symptoms, and for spotting patterns between them. It surfaces likely suspects from your own data. It is not a medical device.

Not medical advice

Flareless does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any condition. The suggestions it makes are patterns drawn from the data you enter, and may be wrong or incomplete. Always consult a qualified clinician before making changes to your diet or care, especially if you have a diagnosed condition. Do not ignore professional advice because of something you saw in the app.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of what you log.
• You are responsible for keeping your sign in details and any backup files safe.
• You agree to use the app for your own personal, non commercial use.

Your data

Your health logs are stored on your device, as described in the privacy policy. You are responsible for backing up your data using the app's export feature if you want to keep it. We are not able to recover data that only existed on a device you no longer have.

Availability and changes

We may update, change, or discontinue features of the app. We will try to give reasonable notice of significant changes, but we do not guarantee that the app will always be available or error free.

No warranty and liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of, or reliance on, the app or its suggestions.
